In order to complete the Longman English Interactive certification process, it is necessary to have knowledge and skills in the following Modules:

 

 

 

Module A: Student Course Content

 

Module B: Learning Management System (EPIC platform)

 

Module C: Online Support

 

 

 

Below are listed the core competencies required for certification and assessed in the online certification test.

 

 

 

Module A: Student Course Content

 

 

Knowledge: You must be able to describe the following

 

 

1.     The skills covered in each unit of LEI

 

2.     The resources available to students on the home page (Longman Dictionary, Glossary, Grammar Reference)

 

3.     The support available to students within the activities (e.g., culture notes, audio transcripts, explanations of incorrect answers, etc.)

 

 

Skills: You must be able to do the following

 

 

1.     Find the Student View while logged in as a teacher

 

2.     Explain to students how to join a course

 

3.     Explain to students how to change which course they have joined

 

 

Module B: Learning Management System (EPIC Platform)
